Rail telecomms & relay rooms
Arctic Aircon has just recently commissioned the installation of Daikin & Mitsubishi air conditioning systems at the Wembley SCC. The installation included comfort cooling for the staff operating the signals in the control centre and dedicated cooling for the telecomms room and UPS room. All existing life expired equipment and refrigerant gas was decommissioned/removed and recycled according to current legislation. All works were phased according to staff and critcal equipment requirements to ensure a successful and non-distruptive installation.

Rail SCC/MDU/ECR
Recently Arctic-Aircon carried out the successful installation of air conditioning systems to the Rugby main line SCC, MDU & ECR areas. All systems we installed to replace life expired redundant equipment operating on obsolete ozone depeting R22 refrigerant gas.

Rail A/C ticket offices
Arctic-Aircon have successfully commissioned the installation of comfort cooling for Network Rail staff in ticket/booking office at station such as Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard, Bletchley, Watford & Willesdon.

All installtions were carried out whilst ticket office’s were operational, liasing with staff at all times to minimise distruption to daily operations. All systems were designed to be installed to offer maximum comfort with ease of operation and minimum distruption.

Rail A/C Design & Maintenance
Arctic-Aircon have carried out the design/consultancy and installation of various air conditioning solutions to meet specific Network Rail site requirements and constraints. All systems and installations are covered by Arctic-Aircon’s 3-5 year warranty. Arctic-Aircon offers comprehensive air conditioning planned preventative maintenance and call out facility for all types of equipment serving station offices to critical ups and signal rooms.
